Instructions

  4. Fold in shredded coconut.
  5. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  6. Pour batter onto a greased skillet, cooking until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  7. Serve pancakes topped with crispy turkey bacon.
