  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, shredded coconut, vanilla pudding mix, and milk until thickened. Spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with additional whipped topping and toasted coconut before serving.
