  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then cool in an ice bath.
  2. Remove the shells and wrap each egg with turkey bacon.
  3. Roll each wrapped egg in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until golden brown.
