  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon to create the cinnamon filling.
  5. Heat a griddle over medium heat, and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle.
  6. Before the batter sets, drizzle a swirl of cinnamon filling on top.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter and filling.
  9. Serve with cream cheese frosting drizzled on top.
