Cilantro Lime Steak Bowls

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
