  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
