  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the surface evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
