  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss until all ingredients are well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
