  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion until cooked through.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in the cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, add a spoonful of the filling, and roll it up, sealing the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan, and fry the egg rolls until they’re golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
