- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place the beef short ribs in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and baste the ribs with the marinade every 30 minutes.
- After 3 hours, uncover and roast for another hour until caramelized.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
