  • 4 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the beef short ribs in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and baste the ribs with the marinade every 30 minutes.
  7. After 3 hours, uncover and roast for another hour until caramelized.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
