  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  3. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and Cajun seasoning to the skillet, stir well.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
