  1. In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, warm water, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and cinnamon gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 4-6 hours, or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Let it rise again for another 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
