  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over the cheesecake filling.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes until set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
