Instructions

  6. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  7. Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased chiffon cake pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool upside down before removing from the pan.
