  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  2. Add beef and turkey bacon; cook until browned.
  3. Mix in mushrooms, paprika, and pepper, stirring for a couple of minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and stir in sauerkraut.
  5. Simmer on low for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
