Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, and spices.
  3. Add pumpkin, butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to dry ingredients; mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread a mixture of brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon over it.
  7. Roll the dough tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a baking dish.
  8. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Prepare a glaze and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
