  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, cooking until they release their moisture.
  4. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a simmer.
