  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until thickened.
  7. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled crust, followed by half of the pudding mixture and half of the sliced bananas. Repeat the layers.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
  9. Garnish with additional whipped cream and banana slices if desired.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • You can substitute the vanilla pudding mix with banana pudding for an extra banana flavor.
