Baked Feta Potatoes

Delicious baked feta potatoes with turkey bacon for a wholesome meal.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and chop the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and crumble it.
  6. After 25 minutes, add feta cheese to the potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with turkey bacon and fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Substitute regular bacon if preferred.
