  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 200 grams pasta (your choice)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add the feta cheese in the center surrounded by cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until the feta is soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  7. Once feta is baked, mix it with the cooked pasta, spinach, and turkey bacon.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
