  • 2 naan breads
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread pumpkin puree on each naan bread.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the puree.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and cooked turkey bacon.
