  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for about 45 minutes until tender.
