  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is fluffy.
